SM.OGL: + Added support for UniformArrays + Added ShaderPreProcessing + Added Shader Extensions. + Added Debug actions. + SM.OGL settings ~ Framebuffer Size is automaticly changed, when the window and scale is set. SM2D: + Added easy shader drawing.
