+ Windows now have a default icon

~ Changed CVector.Set(params float[]) to CVector.SetRaw(params float[])
~ I hope, the text rendering is now fixed.
~ Mouse2D.InWorld(Camera) now uses Camera.CalculatedWorldScale.
